We are a small, locally owned brewery in Taos, NM, focused on sustainability and high quality product. We self distribute across Northern New Mexico in restaurants, bars, event centers, and locally owned grocers as well as Whole Foods and Albertsons. We have implemented our own canning line using ionized-air can sanitation, cutting our water use from the traditional 7-1 water to product to 3-1 usage. We are 100% daytime solar, thanks to Kit Carson Electric Cooperative, and our 6 pack rings are 100% agricultural material, with no virgin plastics.

We distribute 12 year-round beers and seasonal releases in 1/6BBL and 1/2BBL kegs. We also offer 4 of our beers in 12oz cans: Kolsch 45, Kachina Peak Pale Ale, Mesa IPA, and Great Scot! Scottish Ale.
